Conflict Coaching focuses on individual interest-based needs with guidance in managing multiple conflicts or to face a specific confrontation. Coaching prepares an individual for the process of negotiation and to fully express their perspective and desires about the conflict.
Unlike mediation, a conflict coach works on behalf of
a single party and does not act as an impartial go-between with conflict partners.
